  • 5 Tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp. dried red pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp. coarsely ground pepper

    Re-mix and refrigerate 24 more hours.

    Shape in 5 (2-inch) balls. Bake in shallow pan at 150° for 5 hours.
