  • 1-1/2 cup Orzo Pasta, Uncooked
  • 1 pint Grape Tomatoes, Halved
  • 1/4 cups Black Olives, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Red Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 3/4 cups Feta Cheese, Crumbled
  • FOR THE DRESSING:
  • 1/4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons Fresh Ground Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic, Crushed
