  • 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper each
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
  • 2 Tbsp. Quick Tender salt (Morton's)
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 3/4 c. water

    Mix well.

    Shape into 2 rolls and wrap in foil and refrigerate 24 hours. Remove from aluminum foil.

    Place on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Prick with fork while baking.
