- 1/8 lb. salami, cut in 1/8-inch strips by 1/2-inch long
- 2 green olives (small)
- 2 roasted peppers
- 16 oz. soft cream cheese
Directions

1Heat pan.

2Add 2 tablespoons juice from olives plus 2 tablespoons juice from peppers.

3Cook salami until limp.

4Add olives and peppers.

5Cook for 1 minute.

6Add cream cheese and whisk until smooth.

7Remove from heat.

8Serve hot or let cook. Good with crackers and chips.
