  • 1/8 lb. salami, cut in 1/8-inch strips by 1/2-inch long
  • 2 green olives (small)
  • 2 roasted peppers
  • 16 oz. soft cream cheese

    Add 2 tablespoons juice from olives plus 2 tablespoons juice from peppers.

    Cook salami until limp.

    Add olives and peppers.

    Add cream cheese and whisk until smooth.
