- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. milk or less (if needed)
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced salami (10 slices, large lunch meat size)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except salami; spread mixture on 4 slices of salami.

3Top with unspread slice.

4You end up with 2 stacks of 5 slices each.

6Wrap each stack in wax paper.
