Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients except mushrooms, soup and water. Make thick hamburger patties, about 5 to a pound.

    Roll patties in flour; lightly sear in small amount of shortening.

    Place in a greased baking dish and pour over with mushrooms, soup and water. Bake 45 minutes at 300°.
