- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. mushroom mixture
Directions

1Mix well and shape into 6 patties.

2Brown in 1 to 2 tablespoons oil, drain off fat and add balance of mushroom mixture to which you have added 1/2 cup water.

3Cook 10 to 15 minutes, covered, until meat is done.

4Place patties on serving platter and pour sauce over meat and serve.
