  • 2 bags mixed frozen veggies
  • 1 cube butter
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Place veggies in a 9 x 13-inch buttered casserole dish.

    Melt the butter in saucepan.

    To this add the Pepperidge Farm dressing and the grated cheese.

    Beat the eggs, soup, mayo, onion and salt and pepper together; pour mixture over the top of the veggies. Cover with dressing mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes, or until bubbly.
