- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
Directions

1In bowl, mix thoroughly 1/4 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg and onion.

2Shape firmly into 6 oval patties.

3In skillet over high heat in 1 tablespoon hot oil, cook patties until browned. Spoon off fat.

4Stir in remaining soup and mushrooms.

5Return patties to skillet.

6Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until done, turning patties occasionally.
