- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. minced onion
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can beef gravy
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
Directions

1In bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and 2 tablespoons onions. Shape into 4 oval patties.

2In skillet, cook patties until brown. Spoon off fat; add remaining ingredients.

3Cover and cook over low heat 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
