- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 large onion, sliced into rings
- oil
- salt
- onion powder
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Mix beef with spices listed, then shape into oblong patties. Brown lightly on both sides in oil in skillet.

2Remove and place into casserole dish.

3Top with onion rings.

4In skillet, add flour and water with drippings.

5Stir to deglaze.

6Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

7Pour gravy over patties.

8Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
