- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. crackers
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 jar beef gravy
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In a bowl, combine beef, egg, onion, cracker crumbs, milk, horseradish, salt and pepper; shape into patties.

2Fry in skillet over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cooked through, turning once.

3Remove patties and keep warm.

4Add gravy, mushrooms and water to skillet; heat 3 to 5 minutes.

5Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles or rice.
