- 1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/3 c. water
Directions

1In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix 1/4 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, onion and egg.

2Firmly shape into 6 patties.

3Over medium-high heat, heat 10-inch skillet until very hot.

4Add patties; cook 3 or 4 minutes on each side until browned.

5Pour off fat.

6Stir in remaining soup and water.

7Cover; cook over low heat 20 minutes, or until meat is done, stirring occasionally.
