Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef (lean)
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. cornflake or cracker crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except soup.

    Roll mixture into small patties and then roll in flour. Brown on all sides in a skillet with small amount of oil. Place patties in a casserole dish and pour mushroom soup over patties. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 45 minutes in a 350° oven.
