- 1 can onion soup
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Combine 1/3 cup soup, ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well.

2Shape into 6 oval patties.

3Brown patties in skillet; drain.

4Add remaining soup, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.

5Blend 1/4 cup water into flour until smooth.

6Stir into soup mixture.

7Cook, covered, over low heat for 20 minutes.
