  • 1 to 2 cans golden mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 to 1 c. water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onions

Directions

    Mix 1/4 cup soup with all ingredients except water.

    Shape into 6 patties.

    Place in shallow dish. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Spoon off fat.

    Mix soup with water and pour over patties. Bake 10 more minutes.
