  • fat-free crackers
  • 2 egg whites

Directions

    Mix salmon as you normally would to fry.

    Substitute with fat-free crackers; add egg whites; throw the yolk away.

    Use Teflon skillet; spray with Pam and cook on low heat until done. Turn heat up at end of cooking time in order to brown.
