- 1 can (15 oz.) samon
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 4 Tbsp. mild or medium salsa
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp. dried cilantro
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin (optional)
- 8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
Directions

1Drain salmon; remove bones.

2In small bowl, combine salmon, cream cheese, salsa, parsley and cilantro.

3Add cumin, if desired. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the salmon mixture over each tortilla.

4Roll tortilla up tightly and wrap individually with plastic wrap.

5Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

6Slice into bite-size pieces.

7Yields about 48 appetizers.
