Ingredients
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Prepared Horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
- 15 1/2 ounces Red Salmon (1 can)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Minced Parsley
- 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
Directions

1In a small mixer bowl at medium speed, beat cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish and liquid smoke until well mixed.

2Drain and flake salmon, removing any skin and bone.

3At low speed, beat into cheese mixture until well blended.

4Chill until firm enough to handle.

5Shape into on large or two small mounds with wet hands.

6Place on serving bowl.

7Pat surface with parsley and nuts.

8Cover and chill

9Serve with crackers.
