Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Prepared Horseradish
  • 1/4 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
  • 15 1/2 ounces Red Salmon (1 can)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Minced Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans

Directions

    In a small mixer bowl at medium speed, beat cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish and liquid smoke until well mixed.

    Drain and flake salmon, removing any skin and bone.

    At low speed, beat into cheese mixture until well blended.

    Chill until firm enough to handle.

    Shape into on large or two small mounds with wet hands.

    Place on serving bowl.

    Pat surface with parsley and nuts.

    Cover and chill
