Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can salmon (tuna can be substituted)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 4 Tbsp. mild or medium salsa
- 1 tsp. dried cilantro
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin (optional)
- 8 flour tortillas (8-inch)
Directions

1Drain salmon.

2Remove any bones that are prevalent.

3In a small bowl, combine salmon, cheese, salsa, parsley and cilantro. Add cumin if desired.

4Spread 2 tablespoons of mixture over tortilla.

5Roll each tortilla up tightly; wrap individually with plastic wrap.

6Refrigerate 2 or 3 hours.

7Slice each tortilla into bite size pieces.

8Makes pinwheel appetizers.
