Salmon Bake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tbsp. finely minced fresh dill or possibly 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (14 3/4 ounce.) can salmon liquid removed and flaked
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. Birds Eye green peas, thawed
  • 2 c. (8 ounce.) shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 c. minced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Directions

    Mix Large eggs, soup, dill and pepper till blended.

    Add in salmon, peas, 1 c. cheese, red pepper, onion and bread crumbs; mix well.

    Pour into greased 12 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.

    Sprinkle with remaining 1 c. cheese; continue baking 2 to 3 min or possibly till cheese melts.

    Let stand 10 min before serving.

    Cut into triangles or possibly squares.
