- 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can red or pink salmon
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Accent
- 1/4 tsp. seafood seasoning salt
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Directions

1Drain, flake and remove bones and skin from salmon.

2Add lemon juice and other seasonings, mix well.

3Stir in salmon and mix well. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until thoroughly chilled.

4Shape into ball.

5Can be used immediately or wrap and keep in the freezer for later.
