- 14-15 oz. can flaked salmon (bones and skin removed)
- 3-5 green onions, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 bunch fresh parsley, finely minced
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Directions

1Mix salmon, cream cheese and green onions in mixing bowl.

2Add lemon juice and garlic powder to taste.

3Mix well.

4Chill several hours before serving, or make day before.

5Before serving, form into ball and roll in minced parsley.

6Chill until ready to use. Serve with crackers.
