- 16 oz. can (2 c.) salmon, drained
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- minced parsley
Directions

1In medium bowl flake salmon, removing bones and skin.

2Add remaining ingredients except parsley; mix well.

3Refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm enough to shape into a ball.

4Shape into ball; roll in parsley.

5Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with assorted crackers or small slices of rye bread.
