  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1 tsp. horseradish relish or spread (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
  • chopped parsley or finely chopped pecans or cashews

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except parsley or nuts and shape into a ball.

    Roll in parsley or nuts and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
