- 1 (15 oz.) can pink salmon
- 1 whole egg
- 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Pour juice in a measuring cup and set aside.

2Break egg in salmon.

3Separate salmon with a fork; add flour.

4Use 1/4 cup salmon juice and add baking powder and stir.

5Let foam; add to mixture and drop by spoon into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Serves 4 to 5.
