- 4 or 5 beaten eggs
- 8 crushed saltine crackers
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
Directions

2Form into small to medium balls. Place into frying pan and cook.
