Salmon Balls

  • 3 or 4 c. cooked salmon
  • 4 or 5 beaten eggs
  • 8 crushed saltine crackers
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Form into small to medium balls. Place into frying pan and cook.

    Rotate balls so they do not burn.
