- 1 large can salmon
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 egg
Directions

1Drain and reserve liquid from salmon.

2To this liquid, add egg and enough water to total one cup liquid.

3Flake salmon in bowl. Add to salmon the cup of liquid, flour and onion.

4Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls into deep hot oil.

5Cook until balls are brown and float to top.

6Makes 25 to 30.
