- 1 large can salmon
- 1/4 c. finely chopped pepper
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion (fine)
- 6 hamburger buns, split
- 12 tomato slices
- 1/2 grated cheese
Directions

1Remove skin from salmon.

2Mix onion, green pepper and 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise.

3Pile on top of bun halves.

4Place tomato slice on top.

5Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1/2 cup grated cheese.

6Spread over top of tomato slices.

7Place under broiler until topping is puffed and brownish.
