- 2 Egg Beaters
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained
- 3 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (5 slices)
- 1/3 c. chopped green onions
- 2/3 c. chopped celery
- 3 Tbsp. salad oil
- 2 (1 1/8 or 1 1/4 oz.) Hollandaise sauce mix
- 3 English muffins, split and toasted
Directions

1About 45 minutes before serving, in a bowl, mix egg, salmon, crumbs, green onion and celery; mix well.

2Shape mixture firmly into 6 patties.

3In 12-inch skillet over medium heat in hot salad oil, fry patties 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Meanwhile, prepare Hollandaise sauce mix as label directs.

4Top each muffin half with salmon patty; spoon on sauce.

5Makes 6 servings.
