Salmon Caesar Recipe

  • 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. Caesar salad croutons
  • 1 pound can red salmon, flaked
  • 1/2 c. minced green pepper
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    In medium bowl beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk and soup.

    Stir in croutons, flaked salmon, green pepper and onion.

    Pour into buttered 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4 inch baking dish.

    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.

    Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min or possibly till set in center.

    Sometimes I use chicken or possibly tuna.
