  • 2 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs seasoned
  • 2 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 extra large eggs beaten

    put oil in pan enough to cover bottom

    add patties brown a little on it then turn

    cook about 3 minutes each side till done should be crunchy out side soft inside
