- 3 ounces coleslaw mix
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 each eggs
- 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 4 each bread, dinner rolls
Directions

1In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except rolls; blend with fork.

2Divide into four 13 cup portions and shape each into a 1 inch thick patty.

3Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium high heat.
