- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- plain cornmeal
Directions

1Debone salmon as much as possible and drain; mash up.

2Add salt and pepper to taste.

3Add egg.

4Add flour and work enough plain cornmeal into mixture that it can be made into patties to fry (not too wet).

5Get oil medium hot and pattie out into oil.

6Fry (medium) until brown and turn over and fry until brown.
