- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. milk
- 1 can salmon
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Melt Crisco on low fire.

2Make white sauce by blending these ingredients:

3Crisco, flour, salt and pepper.

4Add milk slowly and cook until thickens, stirring continuously.

5Cool slightly.

6Remove backbones from salmon and flake.

7Beat egg and add to salmon along with onion powder, lemon juice and cracker crumbs.

8Mix together in bowl.
