- 1 medium onion
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. cornmeal, flour or bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together, except oil.

3Form mixture into patties and fry in hot oil until brown on both sides.
