- 1 can salmon, drained (reserve liquid)
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 egg
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

2Knead together until thoroughly blended.

3Add reserved liquid if mixture is dry. Shake mixture into cakes approximately 2-inches in diameter. Place in nonstick skillet and brown on both sides.
