- 25 saltine crackers
- 1 (15 oz.) can salmon
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 3/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Break the crackers into small pieces and place in a medium bowl.

2Drain the juices from the salmon over the crackers and toss.

3Add the salmon to the bowl with the crackers.

4Add the eggs, onion, pepper and salt.

5Toss to combine.
