  • 1 lb potato, cooked and mashed
  • 1 (15 ounce) can salmon
  • 14 cup plain yogurt
  • 14 cup green onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon margarine

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except olive oil and margarine in a large bowl.
