- 1 lb potato, cooked and mashed
- 1 (15 ounce) can salmon
- 14 cup plain yogurt
- 14 cup green onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon margarine
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except olive oil and margarine in a large bowl.

4Cook patties in oil and margarine over medium heat until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
