  • 7 1/2 ounces salmon, canned drained, rinsed
  • 4 1/2 ounces coleslaw
  • 38 cup bread crumbs plus 2 tablespoons
  • 1 1/2 each eggs
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise imitation (low-fat)
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 6 each bread, dinner rolls

Directions

    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except rolls; blend with fork.

    Divide into four 13 cup portions and shape each into a 1inch thick patty.

    Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray and place over medium high heat.

    Add patties and cook until well browned on both sides, 8 to 10 minutes.

    Serve on rolls.
