Salmon Casserole

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. cooked carrots
- 1/4 c. cooked onions
- 1 (1 lb.) can salmon, cleaned
- 1 c. cooked macaroni
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 lb. cheese, cut in strips
Directions

1Cook carrots and onions in small amount of salted water; drain.

2Break salmon into chunks; place in greased 2-quart casserole.

3Add carrots, onions and macaroni.

4Stir in soup, salt and pepper.

5Melt butter; toss with bread crumbs.

6Top with crumbs and cheese.

7Bake in moderate oven (375°) about 20 minutes.

8Serve with stewed tomatoes, apple, cherry and nut salad and fruit cobbler dessert.
