Ingredients
- 1 lb. can salmon
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 tsp. onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- salmon liquor
- milk
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
Directions

1Remove bones and skin from salmon.

2Separate into flakes.

3Put oil in a skillet.

4Add bread, onion, salt and pepper.

5Brown it lightly.

6Put salmon liquor into a cup and pour in enough milk to equal 1 cup.

7Combine salmon, crumbs and liquor. Add parsley and egg; blend, being careful not to mash salmon.

8Pour into a greased 8-inch casserole dish.

9Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

10Serves 6.
