- 2 c. salmon (1 lb. can)
- 2 c. croutons
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard powder
Directions

1Alternate layers of croutons, salmon and cheese (2 layers of each) in a greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.

2Mix 2 cups milk with eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt and dry mustard powder.

3Pour over other mixture.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
