- 1 egg
- 1 lb. can salmon, drained (save juice)
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Beat egg slightly, enough to fluff it up.

2Mix with remaining ingredients.

3Add liquid from can of salmon.

4Shape into loaf on greased pan.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
