  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 4 carrots (large), cut up
  • 8 stalks celery, cut up
  • 2 very large potatoes, cut up
  • 4 c. water
  • 5 or 6 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. (little heaping) flour
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 large can salmon
  • salt and pepper to taste
