- 1 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/3 c. onion
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 3 c. milk
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
Directions

1Saute potatoes, carrots, green pepper and onion in butter in 3-quart saucepan for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

2Add tomatoes and seasonings.

3Cover.

4Simmer 6 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

5Stir in soup and milk.

6Add salmon.

7Heat to serving temperature over low heat.

8Makes 9 cups.
