- 1 (15 oz.) can salmon
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. each: chopped onion, celery and green pepper
- 1 c. each: diced potatoes and carrots
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 c. frozen peas
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- minced parsley
Directions

1Drain and flake salmon, reserving liquid.

2Saute onion, celery and pepper.

3Add potatoes, carrots, salmon liquid, broth and seasonings.

4Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until veggies are tender.

5Add peas and cook 5 minutes longer.

6Add salmon, corn and milk.

7Heat thoroughly.

8Sprinkle with minced parsley.
