- 4 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. water
- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, bones and skin removed
- 2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion in margarine until transparent.

2Add water and broccoli; simmer until broccoli is tender.

3Add salmon, chicken bouillon, evaporated milk and flour (which has been mixed together).

4Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5Heat until mixture thickens slightly.
