Ingredients
- 1 lb. can salmon
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. butter (or other fat), melted
- 1/3 c. salmon liquid
- 1 lb. can tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 c. sliced okra (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- dash of pepper
- 1 whole bay leaf
Directions

1Drain salmon, reserving liquid.

2Break salmon into large pieces.

3Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water.

4Cook onion, green pepper and garlic in butter until tender.

5Combine all ingredients and cook for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

6Remove bay leaf.

7Serves 6.
