- 2 c. thin sliced potatoes
- 4 c. hot water
- 1 lb. salmon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 c. hot milk
- 8 to 12 crackers
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
Directions

1Fry onion in butter until golden brown.

2Add remaining ingredients, except milk, crackers and eggs.

3Boil gently for 30 minutes.
